The features of WuShu is not fight competitive.
The same as the Olympics spirit of higher, faster and stronger, all the athletes from all over the world attended Olympic Games just are to overstep selves, purchase the perfection. However, traditional sports, including WuShu, and more for self-cultivation, physical fitness, entertainment integration. It Is Difficult That WuShu to Be an Olympic Item.
For being an item of Olympic Games, WuShu remained a series of arguments in sports and martial arts fields. Mei thought if WuShu turned to be an competitive sports item, it needed transferring. Due to the unlikeness culture attitudes and method understandings, that making traditional sports be competitive sports exist many issues.
Firstly, we should draw up many rules that could be measured, but martial arts itself is a way to cultivate yourselves, not for competition, so it is very hard in operation. MeiMosheng contained that traditional Chinese martial arts sports items can be extended to overseas is good, but it is not necessarily for overseas promotion to cater to Western tastes.
